U.S. Department of State 2013 Innovation in Arms Control Challenge

USDOS bannerU.S. State Department’s Bureau of Arms Control, Verification and Compliance announced its second challenge, the 2013 Innovation in Arms Control Challenge, where the public is asked: what information technology tools and concepts can support future arms control inspections?
